Take the First Step!

What to Expect

The first step begins with an Online Health Assessment, followed by a 10-Minute Introductory Phone Call. This is used to determine if we are a good fit to work together.

​

Then, we schedule an hour-long Initial Consultation to review the current status of your well-being and determine your goals. Prior to your first visit, you will complete a Functional Medicine Assessment. Together, we refine this as we dig deeper into your personal health history, nutrition, activity, and environmental/emotional factors, in tandem with your genetics. Your Functional Medicine Analysis is included in this visit, along with potential lab analysis recommendations.

Once the results from the diagnostics return, we determine deficiencies, intolerances, imbalances, and/or infections in order to give you the best possible insight into your current state of health. You then have your follow-up appointment to discuss the findings and create a customized care plan.

From there, you will simply be on a Follow-up to Monitor and Support basis, eventually retesting to measure progress.
